Unibilt Homes, Inc. has been providing quality built homes in the Dayton region for over 20 years. Unibilt Homes, Inc. is a sub Sid Diary Company of Unibilt Industries the manufacturer of quality built modular homes. Each member of our staff has worked in a construction related field for an average of 20 years or longer.

Unibilt Homes provides a quality built home for the “On Your Lot” land owner. We can provide for our customers a turn key process or work with a customer wanting to do certain aspects of the project themselves. Unibilt Homes covers an 8 to 12 county area, including Butler, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Greene, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, and Warren in the Southwest Ohio regain. The overall process from the time the order is placed to completion of the home is about 4 ½ to 5 months. The average construction time from putting the foundation in to move in is about 90 to 120 days depending on the size of the project.

Unibilt Homes offers over 125 standard plans, choosing from Ranch, Cape Cod, and Two Story homes. For customers that have a vision to Dream, Design, and Build, we offer our Customizer Program to create a plan that meets your unique needs and desires. The standard pricing of our homes range from $80,000 to low $200,000. Our customers determine the price point of their home depending on size of porches, garages, exterior finishes and many interior options.

The staff at Unibilt Homes understands that buying a home is one of the largest financial decisions that you will make. If you will be financing your new home, you can feel comfortable knowing that we have the experience in handling conventional construction loans to government program loans. Customers are able to use any financial institution of your choice or work with our in house bank. You can feel confident that you are getting a quality built home for the best value.
